Paradox Screen Printing - Product Guarantee and Terms

 

localsclothingco stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 7 days from the date you received your products and subject to the following criteria we will assess the issue and do our best to fix the problem. Store credit in the form of gift certificates can also be given in the event that a product does not meet your "reasonable" standards of expectation at the customers request. If the product is delivered 

localsclothingco products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible with-in your budget using our state-of-the-art screen printing equipment.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer or us. Please spell check before ordering or approving production. We will not be held accountable if you fail to spell check the artwork before approval or payment, even if we provided it.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images. We will try to inform you before production but due to a high volume of orders, we might miss something. Please provide artwork to scale at 300dpi or better.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
  • Print sizing will, at times, contain variants of up to +/- 10% (possibly more) at our discretion using industry-standard practices. If the print size is crucial please alert your sales associate prior to ordering or specify exact dimensions in the order notes. We will not be held accountable if the customer fails to specify their required sizing.
  • Color accuracy. If you require 100% accurate color matches please request a Pantone match.


After payments are made we begin to produce your products. If you need to cancel an order you must do it with-in 24 hours of deposit. We order blank garments daily. If the product has been sent to our supplier we can not cancel. The only change you can make at this point is an artwork change if caught before the production begins. If production has begun we can not change the order in any way.

Please examine your designs and product specs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, localsclothingco does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. We automate this and leave it up to you to iron out the details. We want you to get exactly what you want but change order expectations must be reasonable.
